For Insurance Agents
Insurance Agent 101 — Q&A
What is Insurance Agent 101?
Insurance Agent 101 is a guided training program designed to help new and growing insurance agents build confidence, improve organization, and integrate proven best practices into their business. Through a mix of live instruction, homework, and structured support, agents walk away with a stronger foundation—and a more profitable business.
How does the program work?
The program begins with a complimentary 15-minute Zoom call to understand your goals and determine if the course is a good fit.
From there, agents participate in four bi-weekly 30-minute Google Meet sessions, each paired with homework to reinforce learning. The fifth and final session is a 60-minute deep-dive call where everything comes together.
Is this group instruction or one-on-one?
Both options are available.
Group sessions include 5–10 attendees and allow for interaction, shared experiences, and learning from others.
For agents wanting customized guidance, you can choose the 1-on-1 version, offering over 5 hours of individual consultation and support.
Who is this program best for?

What makes this program different?
You’re not just getting information—you’re getting implementation.
As a life and health agent licensed since 2006, with years of field experience, awards, and real client management under my belt, I teach agents what actually works in today’s market. The goal isn’t theory. It’s actionable steps, accountability, and real support.
What is the time commitment?
There are five calls total, spaced every two weeks. Homework is designed to be simple, relevant, and doable between sessions—usually no more than 30–60 minutes.
What’s the investment?
Pricing depends on whether you choose the group or individual program. Occasionally, discounts are available for special promotions (such as Black Friday or early-bird enrollment). Contact me directly for current pricing and availability.

Who is Insurance Agent 101 not for?
Insurance Agent 101 isn’t designed for agents who work in highly regulated or rigid agency environments where every client interaction and application must follow a strict, uniform process.
This program focuses heavily on creating your own systems—ones that fit your workflow, your client base, and the pace of your business. While I provide suggestions, recommendations, and proven strategies, they are not scripts and are not meant to be followed word-for-word.
I believe the most effective tools are fluid, personalized, and adaptable, not rigid checklists. If your agency requires a regimented, step-by-step system that you must follow exactly, then this course likely won’t be the right fit for you.
